Putty

This really is a lot more like it for posting. I still miss having access to files on my own machine, but I suppose I will find work around moves for most things in the end. This unit looked like being a pain to do in situ up on the ceiling, so I opted to build it in two parts down below and then join them together in the correct orientation up top. The size is one sheet of plaster board 910x1820mm with one corner cut off, that can be stuck back on to fill most of the gap at the bottom right of the frame. After getting the best fit between the frame and the kind of pond liner shaped unit with them held up in position by some temporary struts they were moved back down to the floor and I added more struts to fuse them together and mesh to support putty, then to end the day I put on a first layer of GL bond putty to harden and dry out overnight.
